The NPRA is responsible for managing nationality and citizenship affairs, issuing and renewing passports, processing visas and residence permits, controlling entry and exit at borders, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and providing e-government services to expedite applications and renewals.

The new control center is a cutting-edge installation, equipped with the latest design and functionality technology, allowing the Ministry of the Interior operators to manage emergency situations, coordinate rapid responses and perform comprehensive control of all security operations in the country.

4YC VOIP all-in-one solution: Efficient real-time control and management.

On the other hand, the project integrates 4YC VOIP, an all-in-one solution for command and control centers that combines KVM matrix functions, video wall control, and intelligent workspace management. 4YC VOIP enables video sources to be managed on both operator screens and video walls, while also allowing keyboard and mouse control. It is designed to provide centralized and efficient control, where integration and real-time manageability are essential.

This project includes the implementation of advanced technical furniture solutions and visualization technology to improve operational efficiency and real-time information management.
